[True20] Natural Armor?

No rules for this? In BR it affects defense.
No rules in the conversion guide either. Should it raise defense or toughness? Otherwise, those dragons suddenly aren't more difficult to damage than an elephant or something. Or a crocodile vs. a cow....

Am I just missing something?

Well since "damage" only occurs on a failed Toughness save, and Dragons are some Real Tough Sunsabeaches, I would just up their Toughness by giving them a Bonus to their Toughness saves. If that's even neccessary, I mean they already have a high Con, a Bonus for Size, and probably Great Toughness +5. Sure, you can hit them all day long (provided you get that close)....they just don't feel it.

The Toughness bonus based on size often includes a measure of a creature's natural armor (a Colossal dragon is going to be a lot tougher just based on the fact that it's Colossal), but you can usually treat natural armor bonuses as Toughness bumps rather than increases to Defense in True20.
