Trying to find a feat....

There's a feat I saw in some accessory I own, but I can't seem to find it any more.

I think it's for Wheel of Time, but I'm not sure.... It's not in the book, not that I can find. It's called Wealth. Pretty much, a scion of a noble and/or wealthy family can call upon that wealth, whenever they visit some city that contains a family holding. The scion can call upon some amount, based on their Reputation or level, I forget which.

If anyone knows where I can find that, I'd appreciate it. I have it, somewhere, but I can't find it again....

There is a Wealth feat in Evil, but it's defined much differently then you ar ediscribing.

I'm pretty sure (not 100%) that what you are looking for is in the Wheel of Time web enhancement. It's on the WotC website somewhere.

I have spent hours searching through my sourcebooks, but couldn't find it. Guess it would have helped if I had printed the dang thing out in the first place, eh?
