Trying to remember the name of a sword-type

Bit of a toss up as to whether this belonged here or in general.

I'm drawing a total blank on the name of a type of sword (or it might have been the name of the culture that used it). It was African, with a double-edged blade and a large, crescent-moon shaped bulge at the tip, with the horns pointing towards the hilt. I think it might have been something like Mong, or Mongo? I used to know it, I even had a picture of it on my computer, but it's completely slipped my mind.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

It's not either of those, no.

To clarify, the 'crescent' at the end doesn't curve sideways like in a khopesh or Mangbetu knife; the blade looks more like a capital T, but with the cross-bar bending down towards the hilt.

edit: It looked a lot like the sword this bloke's carrying (picture by the inimitable Storn):

That's the one! Yes! Thank you, Pbartender!

"You've got axe in my sword!"
"You've got sword in my axe!"

They totally had the stats for sword-axes in 2nd Ed. For anyone who ever looked at an axe and thought: "Y'know... this is good, but it really needs more sharp metal on the handle."

Thats awesome. I love the idea of a sword/axe but I feel like it fills the same territory as sword-chuks, or possibly this

Sounds nifty but at the same time I feel like it might be just the tiniest bit impractical. :)
