Trying to remember the name of an adventure in Dungeon years ago.

Title says it all.

The adventure had the PC's forced to hole up in a road-side tavern due to inclement weather. A slaadi, however, was also holed up there and was infecting the residents. It was set up like a murder-mystery where the PC's had to discover what was going on before the slaadi grew too powerful.

Been searching the web and asking around but without the mags or the disk collection, I just can't for the life of me find out what the name was or who the author was.

"Jacob's Well" by Randy Maxwell. Dungeon 43 (Sept/Oct 1993). The cover shows a red dragon breathing behind a githyanki and a PC battling on top of a castle wall. (If you're hunting through a stack of mags knowing what the cover looks like is half the battle).

I remember reading through that scenario a dozen times and always wanting to run it but never quite having the right opportunity to do so. I'm going to create a 4e module out of it to run a group of 3rd-level PC's through... better hope they don't let the slaad grow to a 13th-level grey slaad
