I am wondering if the walkway that connects 31, 23, and 18 is below the walkway at 17a? Or maybe the walkways towards the central ring slope down in some way?

I picture 17a as a big column rising in the center of the chasm. There is a narrow ledge around the perimeter that connects the four bridges. The ledge reminds me of the tractor beam control in Star Wars.

I’m curious about room 30. The door from 29 looks like a false door. Could be a magic portal? Or whatever dwells in the room can pass through stone. Lots of possibilities.

LOL! I just realized I forgot the secret door to area 30. Good thing I already had Photoshop open. Working on the fix now. It's been fixed.

Cheers,
Tim

Oh I see, the ledge connects all 4, and there is a column going up to room 9b, sort of... Cool.

They're not below 17 a), but parallel. The stairs at 17 a) lead up to 9 b). Area 17 is a central column surrounded by a narrow platform and it has bridges/platforms crossing the chasm on the north-south and west-east axes.

Got it! If I was to use this map, I'd probably draw a side-view/cross-section image to try to help the players understand it... and of course the sides of the pit are glowing and also may be generating a low vibratory hum...

Love it btw
