Turn Undead from multiple sources. Stack?

Cleric 1 / Pal 4.

How many turn undead attempts per day?

Is it 3+ (Cha bonus) from cleric, plus 3+ (cha bonus) from paladin, for a total of 6+ (2xcha bonus)?

Or is it just 3+ Cha bonus?

Multiple Turn Undead abilities stack with your turning level, not with number of attempts. The Pal 4 / Cleric 1 would have 3+Chr attempts, but would turn as a 2nd level cleric (1 from paladin (4-3) and 1 from cleric).
