The sky drizzles. You can smell salt on the air and also the carnival scent of funnel cake and meat pies. As you round the corner to the dock, you see a massive pavilion laid out before the Turtle. The curious thing: People are rushing out of the pavilion just as you approach, and they begin to wave at you. Some of them, after they wave, rush back into the tent. And you see some of them standing in the opening of the pavilion, waving at you with one hand while ducking their head inside the tent. As you get closer, several people cheer...but others hiss and boo. The cheering seems directed at Emral, while the hissing and booing goes towards Hadarai. In fact, some people seem to be giving Hadarai some extremely hostile glares, scowls, and outright impolite gesticulations.[/sblock]</blockquote>
