Some miss fingers, toes, noses, ears.</p><p></p><p>The stench of rotting flesh is unbelievable.</p><p></p><p>[sblock=Nature DC 10]Leperchauns are mean-spirited fey from Ire Island, the angriest place in the feywild.[sblock=Nature DC 15]Because of their horrible natures, the lords of the fey unleashed a rotting disease on the leperchauns. The creatures survived, but all now have severe leprousy.[sblock=Nature DC 20]The bite of a leperchaun causes minor illness in most creatures, unless they bite a fey. Then, the leperchauns lays its eggs in the fey creature. In a short while, several leperchauns grow to maturity in the intestines of the host, chewing their way out the anus.
