Question, Avorals already get a lay on hands ability, if I took paladin would I get a second?

Well, either they have astronomical SR, the DM has not thought this out, or you'll be the last man standing!

Or like most DMs ive seen, dont care. Ive seen a lot that have accepted sheets like a ECL 12 fighter with AC 17 without so much as blinking.

No you dont get a 2nd lay on hands ability, but it stacks with your existing one.

So I'd get the ability to heal 206 a day (from current one), and then i'd get an additional (3 times charisma modifer) if I took 3 levels of paladin?

That's pretty much what I was saying - most DMs don't think out all the ramifications of their players' builds.
