We're about to start the "Ask WotC one question" seminar! We'll be trying to keep up with tweets! Got a question?
And here are the results. There's nothing mind-blowing, etc - but I figured some may be interested...
Q: What is the biggest misconception about 4e?
A: People who haven't played the game have expectations of an MMO.
Q: If you can change 1 thing about 4e, what would it be?
A: (Mearls) - Make combat faster. (Perkins) - Better content regulation.
Q: Where did you get your RPG Industry start?
A: (Mearls) 1999 working with Unnatural Armies. (Perkins) - Starting submitting ideas at 16. 1st article bought at 16.
Q: will the WOA boardgame have campaign rules & be compatible with Castle Ravenloft? (Great game itself btw)
A: Yes! As will our even later boardgame!
Q: Current inspirations?
A: (Mearls) - Breaking down barriers for new interface, like Wii getting new gamer demographics (social elements). (Perkins) - Current/past movies. Story arcs being carried over many seasons (tv).
Q: 4e core book price drop?
A: (Mearls & Perkins) We don't know. Brand & sales determine that.
Q: What class do you enjoy playing?
A: (Perkins) - Ranger! (Mearls) - The DM! (Trevor) - Hexblade, and stuff I can't talk about.
Q: Surprises and disappoinents?
A: (Mearls) - (Suprise) The reaction to #gammaworld. It's been great. (Dissapointment) People mistaking Essentials as a replacement for 4e
Q: If you weren't in RPG, where would you be?
A: (Mearls) - Vet? Dog walker? (Perkins) - Television producer. (Trevor) - Content editing.
Q: What games (other than #dnd) are you in love with?
A: (Mearls) - Battletech. (Perkins) Top Secret OSI (Trevor) #gammaworld & dominion
Q: What is [MENTION=15433]GregB[/MENTION]ilsland REALLY like?
A: (Mearls) He's everything you've ever heard about... and MORE.

A: (Mearls) - Led Zepplin (Perkins) - The Beatles (Trevor) Led Zepplin... But I've been listening to MUSE a lot more.
Q: Have you ever LARP?
A: (Mearls) Once. I died early. (Perkins) Never have. Probably never will. (Trevor) I LARP & am scared of clowns.
Q: Favorite minion?
A: (Mearls) Kobolds, especially when they do annoying things. (Perkins) I use so many. (Trevor) Big things, like dragons
Q: When will Acquisitions Inc. get back together?
A: (Perkins) We want to. It's a matter of scheduling.
