Two Questions on the GSL

I haven't been able to find an answer to these specific questions on the Wizards GSL forum or on ENWorld. So I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me with the following:

1) Regarding Section 5.5, "Licensed Products" - part of the section reads "no Licensed Product will (a) include web sites." Does this mean that third-party publishers are restricted under the terms of the license from creating websites supporting their publications?

2) I notice that in Section 5.3, the Advertising Legal Text currently consists of: "DUNGEONS & DRAGONS Compatibility Logo ™ & © Wizards of the Coast in the USA and other countries. Used with permission." Uh, that ampersand looks a little odd. Are we sure that isn't a typo?

Thanks for your time.

1) Yes, a publisher can create a website to support his or her products. The clause merely says that the site itself (and any other website) can't be covered by the GSL. The GSL can't be applied to a website.

2) You mean the ampersand between the trademark and copyright symbols? It means that the aforementioned items are both trademark and copyright WotC. Not a typo.

I get it now, thanks. If anyone's interested, Scott Rouse gave me an "official" answer on the Wizards SGL forum. You can find it by clicking here.
