[UK] Going to Dragonmeet?

Xander, I understand you met my brother Neal! I saw him after the Con and he said he was very surprised to meet you, but that you seemed like a nice fellow...:)

Hello Tallarn!

Nice? Moi? Obviously, my bluff skill is better than Neal's sense motive. :p

BTW sorry you couldn't make it.

...cos' if theres one thing you need its more dice right!? :D

An ancient Chinese proverb states that "you can't have too many dice." Another ancient Chinese proverb says that "you can't play too much D&D". I subscribe to both of these dicta. :p

Very interesting! Sounds like an Inverse Paranoia RPG. Kudos!

No kudos. I was part of a pretty big team. They deserve the lion share of the credit. I only played a small part.

Did you see anyone buying them?

No, but I wasn't in the trade area that long. I don't know how they did.

Congrats! Hope that 'pans out' for you.

Thanks. :o We'll see what comes of it.

Hi. I'm the chairman of Dragonmeet, and the guy who takes his shirt off on-stage. Neither of these are necessarily good things.

1. The Game in a Day stuff will -- when the rest of this hellish month is over -- be made available in a limited-edition print version, and an online PDF. All profits to charity. And nuff respect to everyone involved: they did an amazing job.

2. The trader selling antique prints (www.phantasmagoriaprints.com) seemed to do pretty well: they're happy enough with Dragonmeet to have already reserved space for next year. They got £80 of my money for a start, and are about to get another £80 of it later this week.

3. The South Park character on my "Oh My God! I Killed Hogshead!" t-shirt was meant to be me, but since my main distinguishing characteristic is being 6'5", it may not have been immediately obvious. There are photos already up on the net, but I'm not going to say where.

Thanks to all for coming. It was a great day.
