A construct with the regeneration and fast healing special qualities still benefits from those qualities.

There was an errata for it, the solar, and the Tarrasque. All creatures should be beatable, somehow (except deitites, of course).

To the best of my knowledge, the errata gave Retrievers and Solars Fast Healing instead of Regeneration, didn't it?

Not as nasty, perhaps, but it's still watching-your-hard-work-unravel-before-your-eyes each round.

Someone mentioned the Epic Archer kickin' bootie, and it Wasn't Kai Lord.

Well, as far as I'm aware, the same can be said of pi[most[/i] Epic characters.

It's why they're "Epic".

I only brought up the archer because we wanted something that could avoid a breath weapon and attack from 100' away without using spells. Thanee already suggested a Clr-20 or Wiz-20 with a bow... any 33rd level character is just taking it a step further.
