I'm surprised no one's posted on here yet. Well, i've got no qualms being the first to do so then :D. There is a storyline coming together, already being created etc, for the finale to be held during the UnCon week. And help and participation is being requested by little ole' me :). Here's a short description of said storyline: A group of amazon like clans-women, begin to show up around Juxtaposition and Oerth. At first, simply just observing and seemingly just taking in the surroundings. Nothing odd about that, more or less. This much, is already started, and in action on wizards, etc. After a few days of this, a few more amazon type women, seeming to be specialized in tracking, hunting..etc, begin to arrive, as well. They seem to all seek out the same thing. Finding lycanthropes. Identifying the individual characters, and watching them, in their every day pattern. A short list of 12 lycanthropes is made, and set in the preverbial stone. Soon, a leader of this amazonic 'tribe' , arrives. Spies are enlisted, bodyguards, alliances, etc. Something seems to be building, as the pre-listed lycan 'targets' are attacked, intentionally, and blood is gathered from them, one by one. The little twist in this storyline: The leader of this female clan, has been attacked and infected with lycanthropy herself, quite some time ago. By a were-leucrotta (see below for a description if you are unsure). And this secret 'change', has spawned a rather wicked plot. The infected leader, is slowly beginning to infect the rest of her clan, one by one. The blood that is to be gathered from the selected lycan targets, is a component in what could be described as a thick 'sauve' that carries this were-leucrotta disease, and will be coated on all weoponry and gauntlets etc. Basically, slowly spreading this disease throughout the areas in question. A sadistic game which is played for pleasure and seemingly nothing else. Spreading an epidemic, and causing havoc, pain, and confusion. Many of the lovely things leucrotta enjoy most. There are needed, amazon warriors, scouts, spies, and novices (characters whom have yet to decide what they want to master in). There is also need of various races/species, in this army. Giving a chance to those who might want to participate, but don't want to be an amazon type character. Most types of non-abyssal creatures and monsters, could be considered possible to be part of this army. LEUCROTTA: (for those of you who aren't familiar, a brief description for you) *as taken from the monsters of faerun book* They are hidiously ugly, in theory, a creature with the body and legs of a 9ft long stag, tufted tail of a lion and a lowslung wedge shaped head like a giant badger, could be handsome, or at least not repulsive. No such luck for the leucrotta. Its glowing red eyes, foul oily skin, nauseating stench and incessant drooling bring about a deep sense of loathing in other creatures. Leucrotta will kill wildlife in an area faster than they can consume, and most creatures will avoid a carcus slain by a leucrotta. Leucrottas carry their obsession with slaying other creatures to ridiculous extremes. When well fed they spend their time inventing killing games. They speak common, draconic, and giant. They also have an uncanny ability to mimic voices. One of the favorite tricks is to 'replay' the voices of its victims, particularly those it managed to keep alive for a long time. Immunity to charm spells and effects, as well as compulsion effects such as command and suggestion spells. ----- Basically, these things are loathed by everyone. And they really love just killing things for the sake of killing. Death doesnt have to occur of course, in this storyline, but is certainly not left out, if anyone volunteers to take a 'fall' with a character, etc. So...I suppose what i'm after, is participation :D of course. I would think that organizing and the attacks and spreading of the disease, would occur leading up to the week of UnCon. During that week, the battle against the were-leucrotta , could occur... Storyline is open, to anyone. Just sort of need some help in getting people's attention that this is starting up :D please Adele :D And also, of course, need lycans, 10 more, at least, for the preverbial 'list' . So...er...hmm...I suppose that's about it. :D Makes me think of "Outbreak" , in a way ;) if anyone is interested, email with comments/questions etc: thievenfroggy@hotmail.com and thankies! :D
