Undead & Charisma loss

Given that undead use their Charisma for Concentration checks, and that some udead gain their Charisma modifier as bonus hit points per hit die, I was wondering what happens to an undead creature that has its Charisma score reduced to zero.
Is it destroyed? Does it collapse into a mindless heap? Does it not care? Does something else entirely happen to it?

Many thanks for all helpful responses.

*Undead are immune to ability drain and damage to their physical ability scores. They can still lose their mental ability scores due to ability damage effects that they aren't otherwise immune to.

Okay, I must have missed something, perhaps in MM3 as I do not have it yet, but which undead gain bonus hp from their Charisma?

Hey Hyp, where did you get the comment about 0 Cha going into a catatonic state. I was thinking about Mental ability damage and what happened if it hit 0.

From the PHB section on ability scores, I presume. They list useful things like what happens when each score goes to 0.
Edit: And I found it on the hypertext SRD: here.

So, despite Cha subbing for Con when needed, if the undead's Cha ever drops to 0 then it only suffers the normal effects for 0 Cha?
Huh.
Oh well, it's still pretty useful.

My thanks to all. :)
