[Underdark] Armor of Xorn Movement...

I must be missing something. The Xorn Movement armor property on page 70 of Underdark references the xorn movement spell, saying its in Chapter 4, but I can't find this damned thing. Anybody know what page it's on? It's a cool sounding property.

It's in the Manual of the Planes, for some reason WOTC didn't include it in the Underdark book, even though they referenced it in the Underdark book......

It caused a lot of confusion, over on the WOTC FR boards, in the past few weeks.
