Unearthed Arcana Open Game Content?

Does anyone know if there is going to be some sort of SRD for the Uearthed Arcana?

Maybe I'm wrong on this, but it was my understanding that UA has been released with alot of the material as open gaming content.

Any reference to PI, such as Greyhawk gods, mind flayers or other PI monsters, and the like is not open.

Pretty much everything else is.
