Unexpected synergy between different RPG products

Reading a couple of recent posts, the following occured to me.

A great thing about d20 has been finding different products -- from different writers -- by different publishers -- that mesh together really well. When used together these products create possiblities beyond either author's original intention.

So my challenge for this esteemed group is this:

Point out, from your experience, two seperate products -- from seperate publishers, writers, and product lines that work together really well and create all kinds of cool new ideas.

Since I started the threat...I'll give a couple of examples that leap to my mind:

1) DYNASTIES AND DEMAGOGUES (Atlas) and FIELDS OF BLOOD (EDEN)
Politics and and realm management done excellently from a micro perspective (ATLAS) and a macro perspective (FIELDS) -- my current goal is to give all of the feats and classes from Dynasties and Demagogues appropriate effects in the Fields of Blood Realm rules.

2) FOUR COLOUR TO FANTASY (EN Publishing) and OTAHBOUND (Bastion) -- Oathbound's gifts and prestige races speak to the powerful nature of the setting -- giving characters access to d20 friendly superpowers -- is an easy, and cool fit.

There is a campaign that I have not yet the opportunity to run, but still hope to do someday. An exotic campaign with:

- Nyambe (the African styled campaign setting).
- Monte's Arcana Unearthed (Sibbecai with their Anubis look, appear like an Egyptian race to me; Lithorians being anthropomorphic lions, would fit well in steppes and savannahs; Verrik would be described as dark-brown skinned rather than purple-skinned, then would fit nicely; etc.)
- Dark Sun (the 3e unofficial conversion found on the Internet; since it is in a desert world, some of it could be great in this exotic setting)
- Al Qadim (the 3e unofficial conversion found on the Internet; same remark as above)
- Mesopotamia Lost Cities of the Sands will probably be perfect for that setting once it is available.
- Anything about Egypt + DnD such as a PDF on Egyptian gods that I also have.

I don't know about opening up new ideas, but as for works really well together.

Conventional firearm damage seemed a little weak in T20 to me. Yet characters seemed to have BAB to spare if they were like a marine sharpshooter.

Then I contemplated Torn Asunder. Gave additional effects to damage on high hits (making that extra BAB non-useless) and opened the possiblity for called shots.
