Unique Gaming Styles - is it regional?

Has anyone noticed gaming styles variying by area? For example, Do californians vary in their group dynamics or game play from New Yorkers or Europeans? Describe your group gaming style! (yes i am really bored!) :D

I have played in Florida, Washington, Idaho, and Maryland (as well as hundreds of feet beneath the surface of the Pacific ocean), and have not noted a difference in playstyle that I wouldn't attribute to group size or general trends in games.

i've gamed in Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, the Carolinas, New England (all of it), Jawja, Florida, Wisconsin, Ohio, Washington DC, Washington, and Canada, Bermuda, and the UK

in a plane, on a train, on a bus, in a fuss, over the bridge, on top of a ridge,...

groups varied. and so did their playstyles.

My wife is in the Army so we move around a fair amount. Since 3e came out I have gamed with a group in El Paso TX, Mechanicsburg PA, and now Fayetteville NC. I have not seen any group dynamics that have to do with region. The different play style I have seen more often deal with the profession of the individual.
