Unraveling the mysteries of the universe too hard?

I just wanted to see if anyone could solve this puzzle i'm putting in one of my upcoming games.
Before you ever reach the puzzle you are given a vision of the word ENTER in the shape of a key unlocking a door.
You do find a door before long that can not be opened in anyway execpt the lever, switch, etc. After investigating you deduce that it is opened by a switch/switches of some kind. On the door reads the inscription "EXPECT ANYONE, LATELY FREEDOM is ADMIRED"
How do you think the door should be opened?
(you are given the vision due to retriving an magical object for someone.)

Eh? Is it opened by a switch, or multiple switches? Do we know where the switches are? Do the switches have some form of label?

Is there a real reason that I can't just "shatter", soften earth, thoqqua summon or otherwise destroy the door beyond you saying "no, you can't do that"?

That's a good, simple puzzle you've got there, aerus.

Yeah, the first letter 'E' in Expect. the second letter 'N' in anyone, the third letter 'T' in lately, etc.
