Up-to-date Wild Shape Rules?

I know the rules for the druid wild shape ability have changed more than a few times, both directly and indirectly with the change in other rules, i.e., polymorph. Does anyone have a link to the current iteration of the ability? Or does the 3.5 text + errata offer the current state of affairs?
