Updating to the new 3.5 rules rant

I have noticed that there are many publishers updating their products to the latest version of the D&D game. That may fine and dandy for most, but I am one DM who probably will not be updating to the new ruleset.
I was checking out some of the products on RPGnow and noticed a few of the titles I was planning on picking up were already updated to the new ruleset.
Are the publishers still going to offer the 3.0 version products that they did have for sale or am I just SOL for not buying before the latest release?

Well, this may not be true for PDF publishers, but I know that in terms of print, it simply isn't cost effective to produce two versions of a given product, especially when one caters to what is, by definition, an ever-shrinking market. Some publishers might continue to include 3.0 sidebars, but that's about the most I'd expect, and even that's going to fade as time goes by.

Like I said, though, it may be different for PDFs, where printing and warehousing aren't issues.

I see your point. But as far as the .pdf market goes would it matter if both versions are still available? I can understand that eventually the 3.0 version products will be phased out. It just surprised me that only 2 or so weeks have passed since the 3.5 ruleset "upgrade" came out and already there are updates to online products.
Then again maybe you can still get the 3.0 version products, but I could not find where I could get them at.
