Urban Arcana: changing drow ECL

I want to scale down the drow to an ECL +1 in my upcoming campaign and I was looking for opinions on what should get dropped in order to do this.

My initial thought is the spell resistance, as that seems to be their biggest power. Do people think that this alone is worth 1 ECL, or should I also do something else?

After the SR goes, my thoughts are to either scale down the darkvision (60 or 90 feet) or loose one of the +2 attribute bonuses: either Dex or Cha. Admittedly there's a difference there, Dex is generally considered to be more worthwhile. So dropping one may not make up for the ECL loss, while dropping the other might be too much, I'm not sure.

Any opinions on this?

I am not sure about all of the Drow Abilities, but I think removing the spell resistance might already be sufficient.

(Do they have more than a net +4 bonus to their ability scores? then consider removing one. Since Drow are "Dark Elves", I would take Charisma, because elves are agile. Maybe they are beautiful and have a strong presence in some campaigns, but agility and maneuverability is the stronger part of their racial trait, I think)

They get an exactly +4 net bonus: bonuses to Dex, Int, Cha, and a penalty to Con. Other features are the darkvision (120'), light sensitivity, and elven skill and save bonuses.
