Psychic Skeksis

I appreciate the interest everyone has shown in the Urban Arcana idea I tossed out a couple of days ago. I've decided to go for it. So here's how it is:
1. You will need a copy of d20 Modern and Urban Arcana.
2. All characters begin at 1st level, standard ability score point buy (see d20 Modern core book).
3. All characters have law enforcement as their occupation (see below). Any of the Basic classes is welcome.
4. Don't waste time buying ranks in Drive, Navigate, or Pilot. Ditto feats relating to Wealth or Reputation.
5. GM rolls all dice.
6. All players (and the GM) will be expected to post every 1-2 days; no double-posting (posting twice before someone else posts once).
7. Wealth bonus won't matter much (see below), though I will roll it for each PC for purposes of possible future adventures/campaign development, etc.
8. No magic or psionics (YET...this will change as the adventure progresses, heh heh--so if you want a Mage or a Battlemind, don't worry, it could very well happen).
Background:
You are a rookie agent for Section 5, a mysterious government agency whose purpose is the investigation and containment of occult, supernatural, and paranormal activity. You thought it would be an exciting and glamorous career when you joined S5; then you discovered that the only action S5 agents ever saw was investigating of con-artist psychics and drunken-frat-boy-created crop circles. The fact that S5 is something of a joke in the intelligence community doesn't help your morale either.
After your first month with the organization you are so disillusioned you are thinking of quitting. Then you and two rookie colleagues are given the routine assignment of investigating the alleged occult activity in an abandoned factory on the outskirts of the city's huge, decaying industrial district. Locals have reported hearing screams at night coming from the factory. Stranger still are the reports of deep, rhythmic chanting.
Equipped with only your standard-issue S5 field agent gear (a flak jacket, a .45 automatic, and a walkie-talkie), you approach the factory on foot.
What's that smell?

Doesn't sound like Urban Arcana? Trust me, it is...but it is also influenced by Dark*Matter, Silent Hill, The X-Files, and--don't laugh--Alice in Wonderland (a *dark* Alice in Wonderland, mind you). Much will be revealed and developed as the game progresses. It will have many aspects of the good old fashioned "dungeon" crawl, but also many opportunities for role-playing, and much conspiracy and double-dealing.
I'm going to go with *three* players for this game...if you have any questions kindly follow-up with them. I'll run the game with the first three people who give a definite yes in this thread.
Questions? Comments? Agents?
