Urban Arcana -- Total Spellcasting?

Okay... I was reading through Urban Arcana today, and I noticed a class ability for the Archmage and Ecclesiarch called Total Spellcasting.

Now, in the Archmage, it reads "Count all character caster levels."
In the Ecclesiarch it reads "Count all character levels."

(Emphasis mine)


Which one is correct? Or is the arcanist less effective than the Ecclesiarch? I would seem like bad form for the divine casters to get more out of their PrC than the arcane casters.

For ArchMage:
The language under Total Spellcasting is a little confusing. It should read:
"Add all arcane caster levels to the Archmage's class level when determining the Archmage's casting level for arcane spells."
An arcane caster level is a level in any class that grants arcane spells per day. For example, levels in mage are arcane caster levels, but levels in occultist of artificer are not.

For Ecclesiarch
The language under Total Spellcasting should read:

"Add all divine caster levels to the Ecclesiarch's class level when determining the Ecclesiarch's casting level for divine spells."
