Urgent: What is the ECL of a Satyr *without pipes*???

I've not put much thought into ECLs, since I don't allow them, but I'll give it a shot.

Abilities: Dex +2, Con +2, Int +2, Wis +2, Cha +2
Skills: Satyrs receive a +4 racial bonus to Hide, Listen, Move Silently, Perform, and Spot checks.

Those are all really, really nice. My *guess* would be at least +2, minimum. No penalties, bonuses to darn near everything. Good racial bonuses to a lot of really useful skills.

Maybe even +3 or +4.

well, hobgoblins are ECL+1 nowadays - and those have Dex+2, Con+2, and Move Silently+4.
Githzerai have Dex+6, Wis+2, Int-2, Cha-2, and Inertial Armor (AC+4) as well as several psionic abilities at will (Featherfall at will, for everything in a 10 ft radius...; +2 to attack rolls...) - and those are ECL+2 AFAIK...

Anyway, I was hoping for something official on this (from Dragon maybe?)...

Well Satyr's have 5 HD so at the bare minimum they have an ECL of 5. Dragon mag says that they have an ECL of 7 (presumably with pipes) the pipes are not that powerful (a few first level spells) so I might even go with an ECL of 6.

Assuming, of course, they cannot use pipes for some reason. Otherwise, somehow, some way, they'll eventually get them and the ECL is not set so much on having the pipes as having the ability to use them.
