User databases allow you to create databases here on EN World of anything you like. You set up the database, and populate it - and have controls to allow others to populate it.
For example, you might set one up called "Pathfinder Spells" and proceed to fill it with spells of your own devising. Or OGC spells from elsewhere. It would have fields for the various spell attributes needed.
Or someone might set up a 4E feat database. Or a magic items database. Or classes, or NPCs, or even a database describing individual miniatures.
i'm going to have one for SANTIAGO Pathfinder sci-fi weapons, and one for Pathfinder sci-fi equipment. Maybe one for alien races.
As a whole, databases from all users can be browsed and searched. It becomes a massive information repository which organizes and categorizes information however you want to.
This should be available in 3-4 weeks.
