It's most definitely possible. I would do it myself but it requires an Admin (unless there is a way for a moderator to do it that I don't know about).

They're not ignoring you but I just think that they are very busy with life right now. I feel confident that this will be taken care of soon.

How does that work? I think I might be doing it wrong. Do you just type the "at" symbol then someone's name? Like this? [MENTION=114]Plane Sailing[/MENTION] ?
