D&D 3E/3.5 Using the 3.5 Stealth Rules

So, what this all boils down to is this.

1 - I'm going to pre-roll each PCs' Spot and Listen checks and use those numbers for the entire game.

2. A player will never know the outcome of the roll. But, a player can call for a new roll, which I will do, behind the screen, and use for the rest of the encounter/gaming session or until the player gives me instructions to roll a new time.


I think this is the simplist way to use the d20 Stealth rules and still follow RAW.
