Value of a Half Nymph?

Before I got that Dragon issue, I wrote up a half-dryad template for my campaign that looked just like the half-nymph except it had charm person 1/day as her spell-like ability and a +4 to Dex instead of +2. I think that is much more deserving of a +2 LA than the half-nymph. So, my suggestion would be to bump up Dex, Int or Wis to +4.

I also like the Half-Nymph Paladin myself or Favored Soul. Favored Soul requires high dex, wis and cha. Half-Nymph fits quite well with favored soul and you would still get 9th level spells. Now, who would be your patron diety? Sylvanus?
