I got it at GenCon. I met the writer and artist, who both signed my copy. They had the original artwork on display in their booth. As you walked in the exhibit hall, it was on your left. A prime spot for walk-by traffic.

It's a fun read--I don't know if Vecna ever had any backstory/history explained. This book has it. You even get to meet his mom!

I can't remember the subtitle inside the book, but it does start with "Book 1:...." - implying that further books are forthcoming. The book is at home right now. If you want more details, I'll look up more info. when I get home.

I got one also, this was a limited run or so with a bigger run happening soon, the art looked great and the writing was good. It was full color and they have the D&D rights and it was $10 and was well worth it it seems a few a year is what is expected.

Saw it at GenCon and it looked soooo tempting!

Alas, had I the $10 extra to spend... but my GenCon budget was tighter than... well, it was can't-spend-$10-on-coolness tight.

Of course, I spent half the 'Con mistaking Vecna for Azalin... no matter how many times I walked by the thing! When I finally "came to" I was doubly depressed about the budget thing... but it's on my "the minute I can afford it" list.
