Vecna lives ! conversion monster

Hello every body,
I'm french and master for a group of characters in the greyhawk's world.
I want to masterise Vecna Lives ! for my players but I have a little problem :
in this module, there is two specific monsters named Tha Hand an The Eye of Vecna which lieutnant of him.

I didn't see any conversion anywhere
Do you have any idea for the conversion ?

Interestingly enough, the most recent issue of Dragon (#348, October 2006) had the modifications for both the "Eye" and "Hand" in the Vecna article.

It's a base flesh golem, with additional modifications (attack and damage, mostly).

(I'd say the linked conversions are just as good if not better, though.)
