D&D 5E Vehicle Spells?

It’s been bugging me for a while, but recently I have a character who would actually take them.

There are no vehicle spells in 5e D&D. No “make the thing go faster”, no “teleport this vehicle to a different place”, no “make this vehicle move silently and leave no trace”, no “create a vehicle with these limitations”, no “this vehicle can fly for X time, nada.

I can conjure a two story tower with a luxurious bathroom and a fully appointed study that lasts 24 hours, but I can’t conjure a cart or a boat?

So, does anyone know of any 3pp vehicle spells, or have any homebrew?

What would you want from a vehicle spell?

I want a ship that can travel on land.
I want a ship that can travel in the air.
I want a ship that can travel underwater.
I want to ship that can travel to other planes.

I basically want vehicles to be a valid target for spells like haste, slow, stoneskin, fly, water breathing, etc. Even if this means it requires +3 slots, or a moderately expensive component.

Horseshoes of speed exist. Build a spell based on them.

Also, I'm pretty sure Haste and other similar spells can target steeds, so a cart could move faster if you target the horse pulling it. Doesn't help with things like Move Without Trace, though since the cart still makes tracks. That specific issue has come up in, at least, two games I've played.

I think it's reasonable to create your own spells. I kind of wish the game had some good guidelines for doing so in order to keep them balanced. But I'd think it would be fine if you could take an existing spell and modify it slightly. Fly, for example, let it target an object instead of a person, increase the level, and give it a fly speed equal to a slow moving cart. Higher levels of the spell can be faster so, in the end, you can have a flying chariot.

Making 'Mass Travel' spells that target whole ships have interesting implications to a campaign's economy.

A 'folding' cart that lets you bring your cart into a cave or other small space with you.

I like the folding cart.
And a flying vehicle spell would be great. I don’t really think I’d raise the level, though. A vehicle is much more situational than one’s self.
