Vengeance in Freeport/City of Adventure question

I'm preparing to run this adventure, but I don't know anything about Rhodes of Freeport, which is listed in the module. It doesn't appear in the more recent Pirate's Guide to Freeport, but I'd like to know what sort of business it is, and where's it's located, before swapping it out for something else. (Or, since Green Ronin apparently don't think much of it, know what sort of business I'm letting the conspiracy destroy during the course of Vengeance in Freeport.

I may be misremembering this, but isn't that an insurance company? (A play on Lloyds of London)

Somehow they had a magical artifact that made anyone touching it incapable of lying while touching it, so they never were defrauded. They just hooked people up to that artifact.

edit: I dug up my Freeport book and I actually remembered correctly. Also, it's run by twin sisters.
