Working from memory here, P2 Celerons had half the L1 cache and no L2 cache. I think with the P3 and P4 Celerons, there's L2 cache, but neither L1 or L2 are what they are on full fledged Pentiums. One of the reasons AMD's are faster at some things is that the L2 cache in onchip, and they have off-chip L3 cache.
