Hmm... actually....

PHB, pg 60 (Class write up for Cleric)

As a cleric, the deity (or deities) your choose to revere goes a long way toward defining you, or at least how other people in the world see you.

RAW it seems you could in fact chose to worship more than one deity and select their divinities feats.

Which does make some sense. I seem to recall that in ancient Rome and Greece many temple and priests were dedicated to many gods.

Actually.... yeah that does make sense.

And, because of the way Channel Divinity works, you only get one of those uses per encounter.


...come to think of it, maybe that's -why- some of the abilities are so minor; because you -can- take more than one diety.
