Video Games You Wish Existed

I finally had a chance to play the demo for Superhero Simulator. I was really hoping that game would be the "Super Skyrim" I want so badly, but alas it ran so poorly and was so boring I don't think it will be something I buy.

*A fantasy or science fiction themed strategy game that deals with two different species that are radically different sizes. It is either simultaneously a citybuilder and a basebuilder (the smaller species city is the larger species' base) or else a simultaneous citybuilder and 4x/grand-strategy (the smaller species' empires occupy the larger species' city)

*A game similar to the old citybuilder Afterlife but you decide what counts as good or evil and have greater sway over the mortal realm.

*A city Builder that mixes Sim City and Cities Skylines style zone placement, with Tropico and Simcity Societies style individual building placement. Like you can place ANY building and pay for it and have it doing its job immediately and where you want it, but also ANY building can also grow from a zone under the right conditions and provide you revenue. For example, random residential buildings could be directly placed, and hospitals could develop from the right zones under the right conditi9ns

The games I wish existed are mostly updated versions of games I love that don’t exist as playable games/apps on anything I own. Most of them I can’t even find close analogs of.

And there’s reasons for that, I understand fully. But I REALLY miss certain games. OTOH, I’m not game-crazy enough to buy/build/upkeep legacy systems around merely to play them. And even if I did, some are not available anywhere anyway.
I wish I could suss out how to get Stay Tooned to run on a modern PC

I would love a newer Magic: The Gathering game with a single-player mode; I loved the classic and it would be a great way to get back into the game since it's changed so much from (the last expansion I bought was Weatherlight)
