Review of it can be found at d20 Magazine Rack and also here in the pdf reviews.

It is a solid base of operations with lots of opportunities for DMs and players. Enough info is given to work with, and yet there is still more a DM can add to make it there own.

Worth the money? Yes.

I own it. I think it is excellent. The map isn't overly detailed, but the place is really brought to life through it's NPC descriptions and historical background. Worth the price, definitely.

Anybody own this pdf? It looks cool, but is it any good? Not too fluffy/high fantasy or full of demihumans, I hope...

Not too fluffy or high fantasy. The village has only 1% demi-human content. Also available as a printed book instead of a PDF if you so prefer.
