Maybe an anti-feat gives you a penalty, and when you take it allows you to take a normal feat to balance it out.

Well, the book is still in the approval process, so I can't really say anything about the anti-feats now, in case we need to make any changes after our discussions with WotC.

I can tell you that it looks like the page count will be bumped up, though. Probably another 16-32 pages.

Lovely! can;t complain at more pages if i had my way every book would be 320 page minimum, full colour, hard bound and have plenty of art and handouts <chuckle>

No, no, no, Anti feats and feats cannot exist in the same character or they will explode and take out a whole city along with the charachter. They are the dread superweapon of the Kalamarian super villains and unless their demands are met they will unleash their minions armed with anti-feats. Beware the dastardly Octopi. Is this a rehash of The complete Villians Handbook? I mean if they are doing that, they need to redo the World Builders Guidebook and the Campaign Book. All three are GREAT sources!!

I can answer that...

It is a completely different book. I can't go into details because I don't work for the company and I have signed an NDA but this is not a rehash of anything and I have never seen a book with this type of info in it, it is pretty unique.
