I see that this was posted to YouTube in 2015, but do you know when the actual interview ran? The ending comment of "This was before video games, I don't know how Dungeons and Dragons would run now" seems off. 2015 was before streaming of live play really took off, before the million dollar kickstarters, and before there was a lot of A-list actors other than Vin Diesel talking about it and participating in live streams of the game, including Vin Diesel who played a short session with Critical Role.

But if the question is limited to living celebrities, and if we are limiting this to "Hollywood Celebrities", I would say Vin Diesel. While I don't get the feeling that he is active in the hobby any more, he still has a love for the game and it was a lot of fun seeing him play a short session with the Critical Role folks. Joe Magnaniello would be fun as well, I'm sure.
In terms of celebrity GMs, I would most want to play with Chris Perkins, though Matt Mercer is a very close second.
