Vin Diesel Once Again Speaks About DND

That TODAY interview is currently available (I'm posting June 9th) on the show's website, under the 'Latest Today Show Video' heading - it's segment 8 of 13.

Actually semi-interesting interview. It seems that Judy Dench's character was statted out in D&D scores when they developed the story.

UPDATE:
I think I've conjured a direct link to the clip. If this doesn't start on the Vin Diesel clip, then scroll back through the playlist until you find it, and doubleclick the Vin pic.

I know I'm going to sound... well... mean... but...

who cares?

I mean, tell me the president or the pope plays D&D and I'll considerthat worth noting. But Vin... I already knew he played. It's not news to anyone. I play too; no one make a big deal of it.

But, maybe I'm just ornery. Who knows.

The big deal is that he recruits... He VERY NEARLY got Dame Judy Dentch to play with him... Or so I've heard.

(Maybe if he had succeeded you'd be impressed. :D )

Slightly OT, but not totally....

Chronicles of Riddick was AWESOME! I'd recommend seeing Pitch Black again before going out to see it though.
Sorry, Vin. You just out'ed yourself. Nice try, though.

If Hypersmurf is Peter Jackson, I'm a Chinese fighter pilot. ;)
I tell you what, whoever it is better not have too many posts. Jackson should be making movies for us to enjoy, not slacking off on a message board.

So, Peter Jackson, get back to work!

Yo, Hawkshere, the link works. It starts with a 30 second commercial, then goes into the interview.
As for a D&D movie, he'd make a good Wulfgar, or fighter type. Ray Park would be a lock to play Drizzt, IMHO. Just watch The Phantom Menace and tell me he wouldn't be awesome with Icingdeath and Twinkle.

If the Pope plays a cleric, and Vin is the DM, what character does Bush play?

Hmmm.... :uhoh:
