Hi all,
If I read the Rules Updates version of this power... it seems that the secondary attack is part of the minor action to sustain. But my CB version has the minor to sustain and a minor action to complete the secondary attack... so which is the official way to play this power?

The character builder isn't completely up to date right now (check again on the 16th). The version in the rules update / compendium is the correct one.

But the compendium version is the same as the CB version... and they both differ with the Rules Update version.

Officially, I believe that the rules updates (or books if the rule has not been updated) trump the compendium, character builder, and monster builder. As such, I would go with the rules update version.

The Compendium may not have been updated with the Visions of Avarice update, especially if the CB hasn't either. I would go by the Rules Update.
