Sierzadon: the VoP characetr can carry other people's things - he just can't use them, nor call them "his".

"These belong to the Holy Church of the Sacred Soup Kitchen - I'm just carrying them around until we get to one of their temples", or some such. ^_^

I would say the VoP person can "transport" but not use. So yeah carry all the cloak of resistances you want as long as you aren't carrying them about your shoulders with the hood pulled up and the clasp umm clasped .That would be using it.

IMO he can create magic items. As mentioned previously he should get paid for that which should be contributed...

carry other people's stuff... mmmh... IMO it should somehow conflict with his ethics to f.e. carry a chest filled with gold for the dwarf in the group... to carry a chest full of gold, that is going to be contributed is a different matter IMO...

...about magic items... what about a "Stone of Luck"? He would benefit from it just by carrying it (even if it belongs to someone else)...
