Wacom Intuos3 or Graphire4?

As noted above in my recently edited post, I dropped the duckets on the Intuos3 6x8.

Now I must wait for it to arrive. I expect my cartography skills to improve by at least 17%.

Cool. Let me know when you get it. I'm curious how you'll like it.

I think you will enjoy it, cat. I use an Intuos3 12x12 myself (I do a lot of illustration and digital inking). The Intuos3 is pretty much the top of the line when it comes to tablets.

It still hasn't arrived yet, I got a UPS noticifation that it is delayed "due to mechanical failure." Ha!

I can't wait to fiddle with it.

I just got an Intuos3 late last week (I was using a Bluetooth Graphire). Its amazing and about 1,000 times better then the Graphire. Be happy with your purchase as you definitely made the right one. Let us know when you get it.

Funny, my wife just called me about 10 minutes ago to tell me that it arrived. Too bad I am buried with some side-work/consulting to play with it tonight.... oh screw it, I know I will install it and goof around.

I have Painter IX.5, how much better is Painter X?
