Identical to Wall of Stone, Wall of Crystal forms a crystal wall of any common crystalline substance (quartz being a classic example). I also have a spell in my millieu Crystal Shape, identical for Stone Shape. Handy for high level NPC mage who is building a tower out of amber

EEeeeewwwww..... Level 3 wizard ends the campaign by casting shatter at the base of the tower.... *shudder*

... and creating a hole about the size of a grapefruit, seriously pissing of the archmage inside.

Shatter isn't up to the task, even if you (generously) treat the tower as a crystalline creature). A higher level version could pose problems, though. But of course anything is susceptible to high-level spells.
