Want to convert d20 Modern Arcana Homonculous to 3.5 D&D

I run a technomagic campaign that is a heavily modified 3.5 edition D&D, using the Perpetrated Press books and some of the rules from Iron Kingdom Full Metal Fantasy (although mine is more future tech then steam tech), especially the item creation rules. I have a player who should be getting to 4th level as a technomancer (which is a slightly modified Artificer from Eberron) next game session when I give out the xp for the last game session (I had to get to work and could not finish the book work after the last combat). He has already asked about starting a bunch of TM "drones" to scout and perform all sorts of tasks for his character. Both he and I like the homonculi listed in d20 modern arcana SRD, which have a more technomagical futuristic feel than the one in the monster manual or those listed for Eberron. Those are fine, BUT they have a more victorian/frankenstien feel, NOT the direction he is going in. In many ways, his character is hacker, with a spellpad and many digital scrolls and gizmos.

Anyway, I can cobble together some of the modifications needed to convert the stats, but could use help trying figure out the cost in gp, the spells needed, etc. from D20 Modern Arcana to 3.5 D&D. I have been very impressed in the past with level of creativity and expertise of this board, which is one of the reasons that I think it is the best gaming board around.

The 3.5 D&D Homonculus can be found in the Eberron Capaign Setting book, there are several different types: iron defender, expeditious messenger, furtive filcher, and the dedicated wright. There are also rules on how to craft them, including the Craft Construct feat.
