I am looking to try to minimize dtrpg shipping costs and wanted to know if any of the following had a softcover. W2: the Dark Decade, W3: Santiago, Moons of Boria.

Not at present.If that first one gets a big surge in purchases, I might do it. But there will be the WOIN-powered ZEITGEIST RPG next year.
