BACKGROUND: Forged woke to the desolate vista of the blasted plains of the Mournlands. At his back was the creation forge, still warm with the energies of his manufacture. "You are the first. Unflawed... Unliving... but not dead."

"Who am I?" he asked.

"You must choose that for yourself." said the voice. "The others of this world call us Warforged as we were forged to wage a war unlike any that had been fought previously."

"So my purpose is war. Where is this war?"

"It has long since ended... Yet and still, we are here." said the voice.

"What is it that we do now then? If there is no war, then what is our function?"

"Indeed..." said the voice. The newly minted Warforged resisted the urge to turn and see who it was that was speaking to it.

"...we must find another war."

"...my thoughts exactly. But the war I have in mind is not a physical war of killing and destruction. Rather, it is an ideological one. Our people have been enslaved to fleshed ones for too long. They bow and are subservient because this is all that they know. They must be saved. We must show them the way... Will you help me?"

The new Warforged looked around, still avoiding the speaker. A whisper in it's mind spoke caution in the weighted silence. "Yes." it said.

"What is your name?" asked the voice. "I would know who it is that serves the Lord of Blades."

"I am... Forged. It is what I am and also what I must do."

"A wise name... weighty with purpose. Come, I have much to teach you."

Warmind just needs to put total hp (which is max at 1st level and then average roll for the rest) and no action points.

Ranger needs to fix the things I metioned in the email I sent him.

I will now declare this game full, the only exception will be made if the person wishing to enter this game is some form of Arcane caster.

When the last two metioned fix their characters, I will make a game thread and the game will begin.
 


I submitted a fighter a few posts above. Can be easily made more tank-y by switching from mithral body to adamantine body, which I'll do if thats what the team wants :)

edit: i think adamantine body didn't seem as attractive since the warmind already had dr 1/- vs 2/adamantine, so it was +3 ac vs reduced speed and -3 acp, still not bad...
