Getting the regular Halo and Halo Fan Fiction update from my son this morning as he attempts to educate me.

Apparently the Logic Plague and Gravemind can take over anything with a nervous system and even AI. My question was if clockwork creatures or a giant clockwork AI would be immune. And he immediately jumped to Warforged in DnD...

Thoughts?

As I am running them at the moment, warforged are not technological or biological creatures. From the point of view of a system that is expecting neurons, or circuits carrying electrons, there's nothing to grab onto. It looks like what we'd call a robot, but the operating principles are not related.
