Warhammer 40k Dawn of war question

I played the demo, I think its cool how you can "paint" your armies in the game. But I wanted to name my army as well. You could not do that in the demo, can you name your army in the full game?

no and it is a disaapointment that you can't but then they fall under the commander's name, so the Blood Angels are Hand of Evil's Blood Angels but that just is not the same.
